Shame the humble Nikon EM was skipped over in such a casual manner. Light, pocketable and ideal for travel photography (and, of course, compatible with most Nikon lenses) - I enjoyed mine very much. Come to think of it, I might even buy another. !!

Rather than shut down the shutter, try using a ND filter. You can capture the blurry image without overexposing. I use this technique. I only get 2-5% of my images that are any good. When it works the image looks great. Look at the images of Ernst Haas. A master of dragging the shutter. Mask On Nurse Marty (Ret)

Tks for this vid. I went to google one online store (not many carry anyway) and it stated "Ravpower RP-WD009 FileHub New Version AC750." Is this the right model? And some google images shown NewQ Filehub AC750 instead of Ravpower. This NewQ looks everything the same externally. Is it rebranding and the same? And also may I know whats the name of the App? I hv to check it up to ensure the product is still alive. Just to avoid the Gnarbox product which has gone dead now and the App is no more available. Tks

Besides using DSLR, I also use Leica bridge camera. I am a photographer, writer and a historian. I find that Leica bridge camera serves my purposes. I am extremely pleased with the outcome of the images Leica camera produces. I would use several tools to accomplish my objectives.

I've never had a Sony. I can't speak to "modern" cameras, but I do have two fairly recent Leicas, the M-A and the M10-R. They both operate very much like the M3 from 1954. I think if you want to have fun shooting photos, you should buy a Leica. If you're buying a Leica because it looks cool, fine, but thugs like cool things, too.

Being already on the mirrorless train I still feel that some day I have to add one of these to the collection....

Was ist nun die LEICA Philosophie? Außer das man sich mit der Kamera wohl fühlt und es Spaß macht wird nicht viel dazu gesagt? (das kann ich mit jederm Werkzeug/Kamera übrigens, sofern diese mich nicht einschränkt sondern unterstützt). Und die Kamera offensichtlich nicht so tolle Ergebnisse liefert. Warum sollte man mit ineffizienten Werkzeugen arbeiten wollen? LEICA war übrigens immer auf Qualität (Auflösung) in der analogen Zeit bedacht, wurde bei 100 Jahre LEICA thematisiert. Man kann übrigens schön Retro Look mit Altglas-Objektiven mit modernster Technologie verknüpfen. Das Beste aus allen Welten also.

Your F2 is a Nikon F2 Photomic and has a DP-1 CDs cell meter/finder.That model ran from 1971-76, alongside the F2 SB with the DP-2 Silicone photo diode finder. In 1977 Nikon updated all their metered SLRs to accommodate Auto Indexing (AI) lenses. The F2 Photomic was updated with the new DP-11 CDS cell Finder and called the F2A, and the F2 SB was equipped with the new DP-12 Finder with Silicone photo diode metering. Both of the new finders interfaced with the new AI and later AIS lenses with no need to line up saddles and pins.

This camera is by far the most handsome unit ever made by Nikon.....functional wise it is just super in operation and picture quality wise it is just amazingly excellence without doubt. A good choice to invest in serious photography equipment and it is still not cheap for an 8 years old camera at Usd1200 in South East Asia........

I'm guessing why it gets a bad rep is because all these big reviewers are used to their high quality DSLR's, and vlogging equipment. I guess they expected more out of this camera. But in my opinion i think its an absolute unit of a action camera.

Why not just f8 and let everything in focus so you can see the crowd reaction as well? That kind of out of focus background at a distance you can see the whole runner/person figure is nice tho! I prefer this kind of out of focus background photo thab those portrait where you has no story but only that person face. Can you get that kind of blur backgrouns wuth a 28mm f1.4 lens?
